We had purchased 2 escapes for our children and the deals were so great that we spoke with our older daughter and decided that she should trade up and join her siblings with new cars. She was so pleased to switch from a focus to a fusion and get major upgrades for an incredibly reasonable price that she decided to buy her first car! We co-signed but are happy that she was as impressed with Pacifico Ford as we are. The purchase could not of gone smoother. I came to Pacifico Marple Ford looking to trade in my old Ford Escape (2001) and upgrade to a 2012. I was introduced to Val Biderberg and she got the process started. She was extremely knowledgable, not pushy and really treated me well. After coming in early in November, I decided I wasn't ready to upgrade yet and told her I would be back. I came back in February and made sure that I got to work with Val again. It was a very easy and comfortable process and I'm really enjoying my new 2012 Ford Escape. We sat down and figured out exactly what I needed for my business and he found several trucks that were available. I then decided I needed another piece of equipment for my business and that I needed a bigger truck. I told Steve what I needed again and he researched and found the right vehicle for me. The truck was delivered on time and it was washed, gassed up, and ready to go. Throughout the entire process Steve kept in constant communication with me and answered any and all questions I had for him. He went over and above for me and I will definitely be calling Steve again when it is time for a new truck. More

Bob was extremely helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to find out exactly what our needs in a vehicle were and then sought out just the right car for us.
