Puchasing a car for my son. The other day I was in search of a car for my son for school, that's when I met Fred Djurdjed . I told Fred I was looking for a car for my son and we had a budget, he had asked in very professional manner what our budget was, it's almost like we were school pals from a long time ago. Fred was not pushy or like he had to have the sale today, he said let see what we have , with the budget in mind. This is the first time I have been in a car dealership and felt so comfortable, knowing that Fred did really have the customer first. He just received in a Lexus in on trade,he thought might be just right for us, I thought here we go the old up sale , no not the the case Fred knew my budget and even came in a little lower , Yes my sons first car is a Lexus , What a Great Car. After we done with the paper work ( which was painless) , Fred walked me around the dealership to meet the different Dept. Excellent staff! Sales was no pressure at all! So, I needed a car ASAP. That being said I looked everywhere did the multiple credit app thing here and there. And gave me the harsh truth that due to my credit I couldn't get the car II wanted. HOWEVER!!!! He DID get me into a car that that fits my needs perfectly and is in mint condition with very low miles. Now though it wasn't what I wanted, I still would rate his expertise 10 stars! He made every single step hassle free. He also made me feel as though if I was unhappy at any point he would fix the issue or understand if I walked out. 300% awesome! Go here! See Rory! I stopped by Page Toyota's used car lot and met Bill in the lot. I told him what car I was interested in and he immediately took me for a test drive. He was friendly and helpful. After a full day of looking at other dealerships, I decided that that first car was the one I wanted and asked Bill if he'd work with me on the price. He did and I came in and bought it that night. I was driving a rental at the time and obviously couldn't drive 2 cars home, so Bill had my new car delivered to my house the next morning. They made everything so, so easy for me. I am very excited about my new car and have peace of mind knowing that it's good because it's certified and warrantied. More
