While I was doing transaction with advisor I was not given the price of synthetic and full synthetic oil change. I chose the synthetic with tire rotation. I expressed my concern about TPMS sensor that’s given the price of synthetic and full synthetic oil change. I chose the synthetic with tire rotation. I expressed my concern about TPMS sensor that’s always on all the time. I thought it will go away once they checked all the air pressure on all four of the tires, but it did not. I paid my dues at the cashier ($115.00) and when I start my car the TPMS still there, waited for more than 5 min hoping it will turned off. Meanwhile I tried to call the adviser but a voice mail said he is out of the office at the moment so I left a message about my concern re: TPMS sensor. Until now didn’t get any response. I should have been informed if there’s something wrong of the sensor and how it could be corrected before calling me in the cashier to pay my dues. Before the job was done I was called at the adviser desk and presented with prices of 4 tires of 3 different brands plus the price of line alignment. Should I trust them to do the new tire installation when they could not even addressed my concern at the beginning of the transaction. Thanks to Mr Ansly for being so welcoming and listening to my concern. I am just wondering if there’s a communication between the adviser and the tech regarding customers concern. Even if there’s a break in the communication the technician should have told the adviser about the TPMS sensor not going off. I have doubts now if I should be going back to have my car serviced or even thinking of purchasing a certified used Toyota product in this dealership. More
