New to the area and PCF Service Dept. treated me like I'd been coming here for years. Melissa took great care of me and my F150. I had an appointment at 11:00am to check my battery. At 2:30 I called. Told to pick up at 3:45. Got my vehicle back at 5:00. Took 6 hrs to check my battery??? Service person was rude.
