I had an appointment at 11:00am to check my battery. At 2:30 I called. Told to pick up at 3:45. Got my vehicle back at 5:00. Took 6 hrs to check my battery??? Service person was rude. Service folks were nice and took care of most problems but steering still shimmies. I guess no one had time to test drive truck. I worked with Alex Barnstable and Chris Smith and they did a great job handling the transaction including helping buyout my lease and using it as a trade in, which was key.
