turned my frown upside down We had our 2016 ford focus towed to PCF on Sunday, I was not a happy camper,a 2016 car should not break down, the sales people could tell I was upset We had our 2016 ford focus towed to PCF on Sunday, I was not a happy camper,a 2016 car should not break down, the sales people could tell I was upset and suggested that maybe we would consider trading it and they would work hard to get us a good deal, Craig was excellent and showed us everything we wanted to see. ending could have been better. All was well until the end. Up front I told the fellow that I had to be out by a certain time for a doctor's appointment. The car was done and sitting in the pick up lane but a car was blocking my lane. I asked the young lady to move it (I know the keys were in in). She smiled and said I will take care of that. She went inside, got the owner of the car and when they got to the car she stood there talking with him and admiring the car (a yellow sporty mustang) instead of moving the car, and trust me there was nothing blocking him moving the car out of my way. She caught my eye, smiled, and turned her head. I was in a huge rush so I backed out of the pickup lane. I feel that she was very inconsiderate and certainly was more interested in the "hot" car than the customer. More
