This is the second negative experience I've encountered with service advisor YVETTE ROBLES. I feel that she is either being dishonest or doesn't know how to do her job property. I recently contacted Palm S with service advisor YVETTE ROBLES. I feel that she is either being dishonest or doesn't know how to do her job property. I recently contacted Palm Springs Kia because I had noticed 2 screws missing from each of my clips that my visors clip into. I called and spoke to Yvette and I was pretty much told that bc I've had my car over two years that it wasn't covered under warranty and that there was nothing she could do and that I could check with the original dealership to see if they could help. Fast forward to today where I have driven 2 hours to only find out that what I'm being seen for IS covered under warranty. 5 years , 160,000 miles covered. I flat out asked my service advisor if I had been lied to and he said "yes". Now I'm fuming. I called Yvette and spoke to her again telling her that it is under warranty and that she would look into and find that if she was incorrect, she would "reeducate" herself about warranty issues. No apology, just a little attitude and defensiveness. This is NOT how you conduct customer service.. If Yvette doesn’t know her job by now, having been there at least 2 years, then maybe she shouldn’t be working there. Now, I will purposely go out of my way to never visit that dealership again AND I will be spreading the word that Yvette is dishonest and not truthful. On a positive note, I also spoke to Jesse, the service supervisor and he was more than helpful and told me to bring my car in so they can fill my take since I have driven almost 2 hours out of my way for something that could and should have been handled at my local KIA dealership. Unfortunately, bc this is the second time I’ve had a run in with Yvette, I’ll also be posting this review on other social media platforms and will be getting in touch with corporate. If there is one thing I don’t appreciate or tolerate, it’s being lied to or being made out for me to look like an uneducated customer. I’m warning you, that if you go to Palm Springs Kia, to avoid having to deal with YVETTE ROBLES! Dishonesty at its finest. More

One complaint- it was not free. Seriously everyone is fantastic. They work as a team, knowledge, no rush or pushing. You feel appreciated. I would highly recommend this dealership. Purchased 2017 kia Sorento blue paint on hood and roof faded. Dealer advised paint out of warranty. Dealer advised car trade in resale value is low due to paint. This is unacceptable. I can’t say enough good things about Palm Springs Kia dealership. Everyone there was great Felt right at home. Freddy who selling me my car was so warm and friendly and not pushy at all.
