This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. The dealership was trying to keep my car for 3 weeks just to perform an oil change or run a diagnostic. First time to dealership for service good service on time got the job done quickly. Chuck in service was nice quick to get me in and out made sure everything was done. Service only. It's ok but it takes at least two hours to do any service. So if your appointment is at 8 you will be there at least until 10. They don't open until 7:30 and don't start work until 8. Waiting room has horrible, old, uncomfortable seating. No idea why cleaning woman is there at 8 and starts vacuuming and mopping. Cleaning is a nighttime job. I wouldn't go here but this is all there is. More

Experience was good with pleasant staff clean and comfortable. Waiting. Time. Only problem was that I was promised. That a dealership replacement of a cap would also be done.
