Everything about Palm Springs KIA is top-notch! What I found especially awesome was the video tape sent to me that I could watch and look at all the things about my car, and what needed to be done and why. It really made a difference in ensuring my confidence in their work. In a world full of fakes and pretenders in the automotive repair world, It was refreshing to have such an awesome experience while having my vehicle serviced. More

I have been waiting months for the body parts ordered by fix auto, the shop recommended by the dealer for my repairs. They called me to bring in my vehicle. Didn't have the part, didn't tell me until I call fix auto, the shop recommended by the dealer for my repairs. They called me to bring in my vehicle. Didn't have the part, didn't tell me until I called to check, and then closed at 4:59 when I came in to pick pick up my car. Would not recommend this to anyone. Don't buy a Kia. More

The service department in Palm Springs Kia went above and beyond to take care of my unexpected window failure. One employee stayed over his shift to temporarily fix the problem at the request of Jesse, the beyond to take care of my unexpected window failure. One employee stayed over his shift to temporarily fix the problem at the request of Jesse, the service manager. A part was ordered and installed when it was available. Jesse and his team all contributed to successful solution. The waiting area was clean and uncluttered. My other choice for a dealer was Allstar Kia in San Bernardino, that I have used in the past. What a difference in dealerships! No comparison! Palm Springs Kia is now my “go to” dealership. More
