Our sales representative Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful to my wife and I with any questions we had prior to our lease of a new 2021 Sportage. Closest Kia to me. Service department does not pick up phone line. On the first occasion, I took the vehicle for service and sunroof repair and my vehicle came out with body scrapes and digs from the lift phone line. On a second occasion, I took the vehicle for oil change and inspection. Everything checked fine and not needing any maintenance. I had to return with the vehicle as i heard a scraping noise when braking. They stated the technician did not check the brakes correctly.. my brakes were completely worn off. Then the prices to repair and change the brake pads are outrageous. Online prices for pads are $60. They price at $120 and $350 to do the work.. Def do not recommend this service center.. only problem is, its the closest one and the only one in the valley.. More
