I will never come back here for an oil change. Kia now charges $75 for just an oil change (synthetic blend oil); absolutely atrocious! Your staff are not all on the same page. I called the day before and charges $75 for just an oil change (synthetic blend oil); absolutely atrocious! Your staff are not all on the same page. I called the day before and asked about receiving a shuttle, the woman said that would be no problem (I did inform the woman on the phone how long my appt usually takes, around 2 hours). I arrived at my appt. And my service advisor informed me that Kia's policy has changed and now only provides a shuttle for customers who are there all day. I told her what the woman told me over the phone and her exact words were "that sounds like you spoke to a young lady who doesn't know anything." Also Kia books way too many customers than the service dept. Can keep up with. Please improve your prices. Within one year the price for oil changes have increased from $41 to $75! Kia is going to loose customers because of this price and customer service; you have lost one already. More
