Nightmare after nightmare after nightmare Nightmare after NIGHTMARE Bought my Soul almost 2 years ago. First rattling noise near the dash was finally fixed but NOW it is back. Second noise the Nightmare after NIGHTMARE Bought my Soul almost 2 years ago. First rattling noise near the dash was finally fixed but NOW it is back. Second noise they had my car for 3 months. After first month they said it was fixed b/c of struts NO sound still there second month said it was fixed and had the nerve to say struts again NO sound still there third month said it fixed YES turns out loose door hinge on the passenger side. The alarm has needed to be fixed 3 separate times. Today went in to fix the alarm AGAIN which was done tires to be rotated key lock was stripped from when it was put on when I bought it and had to break it off oil change was driving off oil light came on came back and they forgot to oil back in it after draining it. So needless to say the SERVICE department needs a TOTAL makeover. You have been warned if you decide to purchase a vehicle here. More

NOT HAPPY Bought my Sportage EX there last January, love the vehicle but had to replace all 4 tire pressure censors in August....the censor light is back on aga Bought my Sportage EX there last January, love the vehicle but had to replace all 4 tire pressure censors in August....the censor light is back on again. My husband checked the tire pressure put air in the tires that needed it and the light is still on. Does anyone know if this is an ongoing problem with this vehicle. This does not make me very happy. Horrible service!! Bought a car last Saturday and they told me the tires were fine and to find out they are unsafe to drive on! Went back for them to replace them and they said they would and now are refusing saying they're brand new the tread is at a 4/3 on one tire and a 4 on the other now they will replace my back new tire that went flat for no reason so I'm glad for that but they won't on the front two! I was also told they should have never sold the car with the tires that bad!! I would never recommend this company at all to anyone who wants a good running car! Buyer beware !!!! More

Since our mind was set on the Sedona we went fir a test drive and directly to contract but even having a written trade in value from THEIR WEBSITE they did not honor it and offered half. They then gave us a quote for a finance charge of 22.9 percent having us oay the same in finance charges as the cost of the car, so when we got a co-signer they would not work with him and gave him a finance charge of 7.9 with a payment of 621 and still wanted a cash payment of 1000. After we and my co- signer walked out they said they would do no cash and a payment of 599, again we said 500 or not deal so we told them we would go accross the way to Nissan to which they replied to my cosigner "go ahead and make sure you tell them your credit score is a 603!" I could not believe this, in the end Nissan got us a top model Quest for 1.9 percent financing and a payment of $486 with 50 percent more for our trade in. So again worst dealeraship ever and we could not ge happier with our new Nissan Quest! More
