Service Department was disappointing. Had 2 warranty issues on a brand new car. I booked an appointment in advance and after 5.5 hours at the dealership I was told the technician/speciali Had 2 warranty issues on a brand new car. I booked an appointment in advance and after 5.5 hours at the dealership I was told the technician/specialist was finally able to look at my car. 1.5 hours after that I got a call saying he couldn’t find anything wrong, even though I stated the 1 of the 2 issues were happening intermittently.
