I had a great experience at Palm Springs Nissan last August 14th 2011. Many dealers in the Coachella Valley would not do a lot beacuse I had lost a house about 3 years ago. I did not wanted to go to Palm Springs because it is relatively far from Coachella. I am glad I wente there. Palm Springs Nissan was different.I never felt any pressure from the sales agent. They were actually trying to get the best car for me at the lowest payment possible instead of trying to sell their inventory. They were friednly and took the time to explain the price of the car, the interest rate and the number of payments to make. No hidden fees or something like that.They were honest and corteous.After about one hour I walked out with the car I always wanted and the payment I never thought I could get because of my bad credit.I was smiling I had not only bought a car, but I had new reliable friends.They even put a lot of ballons, took some pictures and gave me a full tank on my metallic blue 2011 new SR Sentra.Furthermore,Free oil changes and car wash for life. I have a 2004 Nissan Murano, which needed an expensive repair. I didn't think I was going to be able to afford to get my car running again. I live in Pasadena California and was searching for a new GTR on the internet. I had sent out at least 20 emails to Nissan dealers in California and Arizona looking for the best price. The General Manager from Palm Springs Nissan Abraham called me and made me an offer i couldnt refuse. I had my friend drive me 2 hours from Pasadena to Palm Springs on Monday the 9th of August 2011 and when we arrived were very impressed with the showroom and the very friendly staff. Abraham greeted me, was extremely friendly and professional. The 2011 Gun Metal grey GTR was polished and ready to go. The salesman Miro help do all the paperwork and did not try to hard sell me on service contracts etc... Im 50 yrs old and for the first time in my life i actually enjoyed the process. Abraham personally gave me a tour of the facilities and told me that he took over the management of the dealership in November 2009. The service dept was clean and the service techs were well groomed and professional. I was so impressed im considering making the 2 hour drive to maintain my new car. I guess finding a reason to go to Palm Springs is not a bad idea anyways. I already told my friends about this place. Garry More

The new Palm Springs Nissan far exceedes the previous ownership. I made an appt. to just look around at a new car after receiving an incentive in the mail stating that they wanted my current car. I was initially greeted by a very friendly and patient sales person, Miro. He and Claudia were amazing, they were very knowledgeable and personable. Yes they are sales people, but they weren't forcing me into anything...no hard sell. After I decided to make a deal I actually got to speak directly to the GM, Abe. He was really super, he made me a great deal on my new car. He was very concerned that I was happy with the deal instead of just running me through the mill and taking my money. His employees all speak very highly of him and I must agree, he's a fantastic guy. The finance lady, Richelle, was so nice to me by explaining everything and being very friendly (my time with her was actually fun). I am very impressed with my sales experience there and highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Nissan (by the way, I love my new 2010 Pathfinder). I felt that entire experience was great from beginning to end. I left with a peaceful feeling that I had been treated with respect and got a very good deal. I am impressed with the in ownership of Palm Springs Nissan. I was recommended to go there when my car broke down. My sales person Sid treated me like family. He first asked me what car do I like then he explained to me which one in the long run would still hold its value. He was full of information. When I was ready to go to Finance to seal the deal Gary the Finance Manager offer my maintenance for 2 years and the warranty for an extra 72 months and 100,000 miles. I was thrilled with that packaged and Gary offered me an alarm system with my new vehicle. Now I feel safe in my new car and can wait to go back for my first service appointment. More
