Customer service was not good Has appointment for oil change. Took 40 minutes for the oil change and then 20 more minutes for paperwork to get to the cashier. Good Experience Wally was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. Also the left headlight was not working. Ended up leaving it overnight. More

Drop off times are too specific, the same tech has to do the work that was done/diagnosed by prior... and the same service advisor needs to be used. What???? I had a unacceptable 'pivot' in my driver's seat, that was quite apparent whenever I hard braked or accelerated higher than average. I got the "run around" on this over and over. Was told it was 'normal'... no way. I've NEVER had an 8-way seat do something like this, which is a safety hazard. Finally got them to agree to replace the seat back and pivot mechanism. Ugh. It was like I was asking for $1M or something... Need to go back (yet again) as I'm getting an intermittent 'knock' after I had the exhaust manifold replaced for the "Hemi Tick", luckily under warranty. It just seems way too difficult to work with this dealership... may need to look elsewhere, despite being 5 min from my house. Sadly. More
