I feel if my car has a power train warranty that you should check out my shifting issue .I asked if a mechanic could test drive it but was informed that the diagnostics needs to happen first so they know what to check..I said it's not shifting correctly ..I left feeling frustrated as my power train warranty expires in a month. I realize he was doing his job but didn't appreciate the smirks as or him powering through his tablet and trying to hurry me along without solving my issue tablet More

underwhelming stood a counter in service area for 10 minutes before being addressed. there were 4 people working at stations & only 1 customer at counter, I had ap stood a counter in service area for 10 minutes before being addressed. there were 4 people working at stations & only 1 customer at counter, I had appt. I was on time. After being addresses I waited 5 more minutes for Tim to return to his station. the other 3 just went about there business. Asked if I would like car washed and said yes. After recall work was done went to pick up car and was sent to wrong location I then had to search for car , it was sitting behind the building,"unwashed," needless to say I was not satisfied with the experience especially since I have bought exclusively from this dealership and am a retired Chrysler and CNH Employee. More
