Not feeling valued as a customer I had made an appointment for an oil change and elected the option to drop off the night before. I ended up getting a ride to the dealership prior to I had made an appointment for an oil change and elected the option to drop off the night before. I ended up getting a ride to the dealership prior to their closing and went in to just drop off my keys. I was informed that I couldn’t do an “after hour” drop off when the service department was open. I was told that I needed to go get my car, drive it in, and fill out all the paperwork. I inquired why I couldn’t just give them my keys, fill out the form and drop it an envelope in the box and they simply said “no”. I didn’t have time for their “during hours” drop off since I had a caregiver at home with my special needs daughter. I was very upset with the inflexibility of the service advisor. Not only had I wasted the time of the person who gave me a ride, but had wasted money paying a caregiver for their services. I ended up going back later to drop my keys off (after hours). Service was performed satisfactorily. Need to work on how advisors address customers. This will be my last time taking my car to this dealership. More

Ecodiesel problems Truck broke down 300 miles away. Talked with uconnect, drove. it home Had check engine lamp,throttle error 100 percent full exhaust filter error, I Truck broke down 300 miles away. Talked with uconnect, drove. it home Had check engine lamp,throttle error 100 percent full exhaust filter error, I could not get the truck in forr service for 5 days in Minneapolis or at home in Racine. 5 days later I took it in. By after noon they solved the problems and ordered parts. Which took a week. Then they were short 1 part. OK, the truck is done. I drove it 3 miles, and check engine light came back on. Palmen looked at the truck right away and I am waiting for parts.End of story. More
