Took care of a traveler. From Chesapeake Va and was visiting my Sister-in-law in Mount Pleasant on our way to Escanaba. Had the Anti lock light come on our way here the 3rd of From Chesapeake Va and was visiting my Sister-in-law in Mount Pleasant on our way to Escanaba. Had the Anti lock light come on our way here the 3rd of July. I was worried that the car wouldn’t get looked at until after the holiday but I called and talked to Wally Clark in the service center to see if they could check it out. Wally was very nice and said he would check to see if they could get it in and call me back. At that point I figured it was not looking good but he called me back almost immediately and told me to bring it in. Long story short, they were able to identify the problem and fix it that day and my Wife and I were able to continue our trek to Escanaba on Friday. So grateful to Wally and the entire Service Team at Palmen. Thank you so very much!! More

Poor customer service. Had a scheduled appointment for oil change, tire rotation and a car wash. As well as a factory recall. We arrived 30 mins prior to our appointment ti Had a scheduled appointment for oil change, tire rotation and a car wash. As well as a factory recall. We arrived 30 mins prior to our appointment time and were greeted promptly and were quoted 1 hour 45 min completion time. As me and my wife were sitting waiting no one came out to give us an update, since they were going to to let us know how the filters were, and after waiting 2 hours were finally told the car was done. Then proceeded to tell us that if we had a few more minutes that they would wash the car because they forgot to do that, which we declined since we had travel plans. We saw several people arrive after we did and leave with completed service before we even received an update on the status of our vehicle. Communication was seriously lacking with the service department. More
