I utilized Palmen to do my tires as they had the best price, and id have the work done by ram technicians. I Worked with Patti who was excellent and very pleasant to speak with. Hopped into my truck to get back to work but i did not look at the tires. when I got to work in Kenosha I received a voicemail from Patti asking me to give her a call. When I returned the call she stated they had put the wrong tires on my truck. She asked if someone could come pick it up, to replace them, and return the truck. I stated that that was fine. I’m happy she caught it(even though the other tires were a higher quality) and she apologized. I just find it crazy that something like this happened. Upon getting in my truck to return home I realized there wasn’t even gas replaced from the travel from Kenosha to Racine, and back to Kenosha. It’s not that it’s a huge deal, but it isn’t my fault. 15miles each way is 45 miles total in a vehicle that averages 15mpg. I at least thought out of courtesy that the fuel would be replaced, if not topped off. Like I said Patti was nice to work with, just not really impressed with the service overall. More
