We had the worst experience with this dealership. The car we bought has has everything go wrong: a new radio (that they replaced 6 times before they finally got a working one), heat shield is breaking, 4 new we bought has has everything go wrong: a new radio (that they replaced 6 times before they finally got a working one), heat shield is breaking, 4 new alternators, a new tensioner, and new tires all since July. Our salesman was, borderline, sexist. How he talked to me, and about his own daughter and about women in general is disrespectful to say the least. It took almost a month for them to fully sort out the financials with multiple phone calls and multiple trips back to the dealership. Over all, I wouldn’t recommend that anyone shop at Palmen Racine. More
