I brought the jeep in for service for a check engine light. After being at the shop all day they could not re-create the issue however they cleared the check engine light and charged me $150 with no res light. The service was great. The communication to get the service was odd. I got a postcard when my parts arrived, not a phone call, and the postcard said that if I hadn’t responded in 14 days, that the part service was odd. I got a postcard when my parts arrived, not a phone call, and the postcard said that if I hadn’t responded in 14 days, that the parts would be returned or sold. I find it odd that in the year 2020, that when a special order part arrives, that the person who needs it would be notified by mail, as opposed to a phone call or a text. More

General service, followed by unexpected warranty work. Loaner vehicle was nice, repair and service was quick and painless. My only criticism, is the car was incredibly dirty (exterior) when I drove away. Loaner vehicle was nice, repair and service was quick and painless.
