I can understand your frustration and apologize for any confusion there may have been relating to your visit on February 28, 2020. The charge is for the diagnostic fee which, while we could not recreate the issue you felt you were having, still accounts for the hour of time our technician did actually spend on your vehicle, which is also documented in detail on your invoice. Unfortunately there is nothing else we can do if nothing is malfunctioning and none of the on-board software is currently indicating otherwise.
