Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

I have always had a great experience with the Palmer Service Department and my last visit was no different. My service rep Thomas went above and beyond to help get my Jeep repair finished on a Saturday Service Department and my last visit was no different. My service rep Thomas went above and beyond to help get my Jeep repair finished on a Saturday versus having to wait until Monday afternoon. This helped me out tremendously. Went for Palmer express oil change...no appointment & was in and out in 30 minutes. I had made an appointment for my Wrangler at another Jeep dealer and when I arrived on time was told the wait would be 1 & in and out in 30 minutes.
