I had just relocated from SF to MIA and after less than a week of renting a Fiat I knew it was the car I wanted. I headed to Fiat North Miami prepared to buy a new car but after Sammy explained to me all of week of renting a Fiat I knew it was the car I wanted. I headed to Fiat North Miami prepared to buy a new car but after Sammy explained to me all of the options available, it became clear that the exact car that I wanted wouldn't be that easy to find. A second later when we arrived back at the dealership from a test drive there was a brand new trade-in that had every feature that I wanted: pearl white, red leather, a sun roof that opened (not on the 2013/2014) and Sirius radio. It was a 2012 and it was meant to be. I put down a deposit and Sammy worked fast to get the car detailed and inspected for me. Since I was in a rental car and knew very few people in the area, he even offered to personally pick me up at the Ft. Lauderdale Airport after I returned my rental car early. I wasn't thrilled with the price of the car and later when I complained about the rates, a new offer came in and I was much happier...they even had me come back in and fill out a whole new contract. They really worked hard to see that I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. The dealership and Sammy, in particular, went far beyond what I expected and was the exact kind of service you hope for when you are in a new city. I love my car and was so happy it worked out so well! More
