This has been by far the best experience I've had with a dealership and salesman. My previous 2 new vehicle purchases were filled with endless hours of waiting for either my car, which was not on site, or t dealership and salesman. Immediately upon arriving at Esserman I had a sales person(Martin Centeno) at my side inquiring as to exactly what I wanted. I was so impressed with the knowledge he had of the CC I was interested in. So much so that I decided I did not even have to test drive it. My vehicle practically came off the truck. No one had test drove the vehicle so I truly was the first consumer to drive my car. I brought the car in a week later so that the interior protection package would be done. I expected to be there for hours. To my surprise my salesman was there waiting for me. He took my vehicle immediately. Within 45 minutes after arriving I was leaving with all work on my car completed. It was such a pleasant experience to not have to sit at a dealership for hours on end. I would highly recommend Martin (salesman) to any and all persons interested in purchasing a vehicle. As a business owner my time is extremely important to me and I felt like Esserman VW and its staff were very conscience of my time.
