This is the type of dealership that will sell you a problem and not fully disclose it. (2009 GTI, 140k miles, ~$8,000) I was told the car had a carbon fiber dash and hood. In reality, the “carbon fiber” dash was just a stick-on overlay, and the hood was standard aluminum. I was also told the rear window issue was a simple wiring problem they wouldn’t fix—but that turned out to be inaccurate. Within two days of driving, the car developed a misfire on cylinder 1. It appears the codes may have been cleared prior to the test drive, which allowed the issue to go unnoticed. I was also told the car had a “tune,” but no details were provided. After looking into it, it appears to be a basic Stage 1 tune with a blow-off valve, along with heavily worn K&W coilovers. After purchase, I ran my own vehicle history report (which the dealership declined to provide) and found the car had been in a prior accident. Further inspection showed the rear door had been replaced with one from a different model year, which explains the window issue. There was also body filler used to cover a significant dent instead of properly repairing it. The repaint quality is poor, with visible drips and missed areas. Even the stock rims appear to have been repainted to match. Overall, this was a very misleading buying experience. I strongly recommend doing your own inspection and pulling a vehicle history report before purchasing anything from here. More

I came across this place 6 months ago when my friend recommended me to their body shop company and i pulled up to the parking lot i noticed that they also sold car and i was on the marked for a vehicle for my 17 year old son. i asked for some information on a volvo xc90 and the manager seem to have an answer for every single question that i had regarding the car. I was looking to only spend around 8k but i wanted something nice for my son so i checked this xc90 up and down and as hard as a look i couldn't find anything wrong with it so I asked to test drive it and was told to please check the vehicle out to make sure i like everything about it because their cars drive the way they look and test drives are basically the last step of the buying processes, which i can see that answer could be taken out of contest by some people but i actually appreciated the fact that this guys were confident about what they are selling and wont allow tire kickers to joyride their cars so kept looking at it and told Jay " lets drive it" they guy was right, It drove perfect, no lights, no vibrations no issues at all so i said " I want it ". On the test drive i notice something on the review mirror that said " we practice haggle free pricing" so when i try to make an offer i was nicely reminded of their policy so I ended up buying the car and now months later i am writing this review because this kind of businesses deserve recognition. thank you very much guys. First I called Pana motors after hour but they make sure to always pick up the phone to answer any questions and the person who answered knew everything about the car i was asking about, as a person that was going to have to drive over 3 hours to look at a car I had many questions and Jay had the answer to all of them, as I arrived at the dealership the car was exactly what I saw online, super clean interior, great tires, no dents, no warning lights, basically the car was ready to go and as the practice Haggle free pricing ( no negotiation ) everything was super easy and I was in and out of there with in 30 minutes, I drove the car back home and as of now 3 weeks later my car still perfect so in summary this is a great place to buy a car More

I happened to be looking for a very specific t I've bought a lot of cars over the years, from dealerships big and small, private parties, you name it. I happened to be looking for a very specific toyota tacoma double cab with the TRD offroad package and Pana motors just happened to have what I was searching for. The only minor inconvenience was Pana is just over 2000 miles from home. I contacted Jay and let him know I was highly interested in the truck and that I would be flying 2000 miles to basically purchase the trick sought unseen, and needed his word that it was mechanically sound and had no issues. Jay assured me that it was in fact a great truck, his shop fixed a few small issues with it, and he put a brand new set of tires on it. So I put down a small deposit and booked a plane ticket. Jay picked me up at the airport and we took the truck for a test drive. There was a slight imbalance in the tires so Jay had his guys pull it into the shop and personally oversaw them re balancing the tires. The transaction was smooth and quick and I was on my journey home, for about 30 miles when the black cloud that follows me struck again. It was late and I was stranded 8in the freeway 2000 miles from home. Phoning a buddy isn't an option, so I called Jay. He went so far out of his way, sending one of his mechanics to the shop after hours to gather tools, and stop at the parts store to get parts, so that I could get safely back on the road. On top of taking care of the issue, Jay called daily on my 3 day trip back home just to make sure everything was ok and that I was having a safe trip home. In this day and age, it's rare to find not only top notch customer service, but human compassion. He very well could have said sorry, as is, no warranty, not my problem... it's not like it would do me any good to go around bad mouthing his business, no one in Oregon is gonna care about a dealership in Texas! but Jay is an honest stand up guy, and even though I may only be a one time customer, it didn't matter. He treated me as if I we're a friend that he would see every day. For that I will contact Jay the next time I'm looking for a vehicle, or just to say hi. If your looking for small town service in a big city, do yourself a favor and skip the nightmare of the big dealerships, give Jay and his crew a shot. Thank you Jay for all you did. Thor. More
