Three times for same tire issue We had about a five pound air loss in rear tire, the light had come on the dash. We scheduled an appointment but apparently they only filled the tire We had about a five pound air loss in rear tire, the light had come on the dash. We scheduled an appointment but apparently they only filled the tire with air. Upon returning home, we noticed that the valve stem cover was missing- had to go back again. Twenty minute drive. About two weeks later, the light on the dash lit up again, we took the car to a gas station close by, the same tire was again low by seven pounds, while filling the same tire up ($1.50 for air- really?), we noticed a nail. Don't you think Toyota, would have checked the first time? For a nail, glass, etc. Can no one do their job anymore? More

Unsatisfactory I was never satisfied with this dealership. Today was the last straw. It started when I wanted to order a 2016 Tacoma from them and they told me "what I was never satisfied with this dealership. Today was the last straw. It started when I wanted to order a 2016 Tacoma from them and they told me "what you want is not available in the southwest region". I was startled because I just built what I wanted online and was unsure why a paying customer couldn't get what he/she wanted. Then I looked at a Tacoma on the lot and the salesman was very pushy with his piece of paper that he wrote up (by hand) a "sales agreement" and wanted me to sign it. Very unprofessional and extremely aggressive in my opinion. So I left and purchased the Tacoma that I really wanted all along, get this I purchased it 2 hours away and wasn't forced to sign a hand written agreement on scratch paper. And then today I went in for a 5,000 mile service. I told the service representative at least 3 times that I wanted my oil changed. He told me I couldn't because they are to be changed at 10,000 miles and that would be free under Toyota care. I told him I didn't care I'd pay and that I wanted it changed today. I left it for a detail and the 5,000 mile maintenance. When I came back 6 hours later the full detail is good but not worth the money. Anyway he wanted to show me the truck and then he touched and left fingerprints as well as smudges all over it. Best of all when I asked him if the oil change was done (because it was not on the receipt) he promptly told me "no it's only done at 10,000 miles Toyota uses full synthetic". So all in all I wouldn't recommend this dealership and will now be driving 2 hours to get anything done on my new truck. Highly unsatisfed. More
Excellent Service I took my 2003 Toyota Tacoma to this location for an oil change. It was determined that my valve covers were leaking oil and needed to be changed. I had to wait a bit longer, but it was all explained to me in terms of necessity. I never felt like I was being pushed to purchase something I didn't need. When I drove my vehicle on Monday to work, it began skipping at stop lights. I knew there was a problem when I attempted to go over 50 mph when it began skipping severely. I called Chris Rhines who was the person who helped me at my previous service appointment. I brought it in, and they took care of it immediately. It was something very simple. There was a cylinder misfire under engine loan due to a piece of coil boot stuck to the spark plug making the contacts have poor connection. They fixed it. Now many people would consider this a bad experience due to having to bring the vehicle back, but the way it was handled made it perfect. They took care of it in less than an hour, free of charge, and apologized. I think the people here are honest and trustworthy because of my experience. More
