Jessica was polite and friendly. She told me it would take about 30 mins.for my oil change and that is about what it took. I wanted to thank Gary and Kyle for their assistance in getting my Jeep's brake issues repaired in a very timely, efficient manner. Two days before our family vacation, I developed a brake issue and brought it to Papas the next morning. Gary, my sales representative for both of my Jeeps, was very professional and assured me they would do what they could to get it repaired so we could take the Jeep on vacation. Despite being very busy, Kyle and his staff determined the issue and ordered the part from out of state. As he promised, the part was installed Saturday morning and we were able to take the Jeep on vacation. I have recommended Gary and Papas several times and will continue to do so in the future. More

We recently purchased a preowned VW Toureg from Papa's. We decided to move forward with the purchase. After the purchase we took the VW to our local VW service department for a saftey inspection. The inspection uncovered a few issues such as the radio on functioning, the rotors needing replacement and an oil leak. I called our sales associate, Zaneta, and she responded immediately and put us in touch with the service department. The customer service from the service department is outstanding and really sets Papa's apart. They took our car in right away and fixed every issue uncovered by the VW dealership. We were thrilled with this as well as the level of service. Zaneta was also great to deal with - she is extremely friendly and helpful. Although we felt that the prices are on the high side and were disappointed on the lack of flexibility in price, we would go to Papa's again due to their customer service. I would definitely recommend giving this dealership a try. More
I have had my Jeep for 2 years and I love it.I come to you guys for all of the service needs and this was be far the worst ever. I was there for 1.5 hours for an oil change. Tom who checked me in left at you guys for all of the service needs and this was be far the worst ever. I was there for 1.5 hours for an oil change. Tom who checked me in left at 1:45pm for a meeting which none of the other guys knew about. I saw my keys get dropped off at Toms desk and everyone either walked by or looked at his area and I know they saw my keys sitting there. Someone, a girl, even answerded the phone at his desk. I finally went up to the counter at 2:15 and asked if my car was done. They all scrambled like little kids because they knew my car was done and didn't know what to say. More

I had a problem with the Regeneration on my Jeep from when I transfers my plates from my old car to the Jeep. The person I talked to about this was no help at all and all she did was blame Angle (your finance guy) for not knowing his job. I have 3 more oil changes on a services contract then I will no longer be doing any business with Papa`s More

I purchased my 2011 Jeep Liberty in December 2010. The sales experience was great, but I have had horrible experiences with the service department since my purchase. I have been into the service center 8 sales experience was great, but I have had horrible experiences with the service department since my purchase. I have been into the service center 8 times in the first 7 months of owning my new car. My three main issues have been the clock, bluetooth / handsfree device, and the sky slider. After 7 attempts at fixing the clock and bluetooth, they've told me there's nothing more they can do. The service department blames Chrysler and says they can only follow the process that Chrysler prescribes. My 7 attempts could have been cut in half if the people working on my case were competent and cared about the customer. They ordered parts that were not appropriate for my vehicle several times. My most recent and significant issue involves the sky slider roof, which will not open. After 2 full days of having my car, they still have not identified the issue. I've been told that they want to replace to roof, but Chrysler will not allow it. Chrysler wants them to take the roof off and test every part to determine the error. Once tested, those parts will need to be ordered and replaced. My entire roof will have to come off and on several times. This makes me incredibly nervous that my roof will be susceptible to further damage and leaks in the future. In addition, the roof re-assembly will take several days the entire process could go on for months. No one at Papa's can give me a real estimate. They refuse to answer my question directly. I was told 'we're really backed up right now and Chrysler takes a long time to get back to us, so it will be a few weeks just to do the testing.' In the meantime, I'm supposed to go without a car because they won't give me a loaner. This is unacceptable. Why should I buy a brand new car with warranty if they won't fix it? The worst part is that no one at Papa's cares about my situation or is trying to make it right. I will never use them again. I plan to sell my car and am done supporting Chrysler. More
