Gilbert Lopez in parts proven to be extremely inappropriate and perverted during every interaction. What started as a professional transaction quickly turned into uncomfortable and unsolicited pe inappropriate and perverted during every interaction. Despite me clearly and repeatedly telling Gilbert to stop contacting me outside of work, he continued to harass me using my personal number, which he accessed through the company's system. That is a gross misuse of customer information and a serious violation of privacy and professional boundaries. I have blocked him multiple times, yet he has used fake numbers to continue messaging me, making the situation even more disturbing. I've made it very clear that I do not want any contact with him, but he refuses to respect that. Because of Gilbert's behavior, I will no longer be returning, and I strongly urge management to review how employees are using customer information.
