I’m not understanding why it shows I have Terrance 4 stars instead of 5! He was an outstanding salesman and I truly would like to acknowledge this discrepancy! He was rated FIVE stars and I would give him a 10 if it was available. And that response doesn’t look like a response I would write because I would never is the word “outta” on an email. So I’m not sure who did this but I can assure it was not me. So please update this information with the correct response.
