I waited for 2 weeks, found out the part arrived, had to wait another 2 weeks to get an appointment only to find out the wrong part was ordered. I waited another 3 weeks, GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL SAYING THE wait another 2 weeks to get an appointment only to find out the wrong part was ordered. I waited another 3 weeks, GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL SAYING THE PART WAS IN (no one ever called me so I didn’t have to wait an extra week waiting for the mail to be delivered!), then had to wait another 2 weeks to get an appointment. Very sad that it took so long to get something fixed especially when Ray told me he would get me in as soon as the second part arrived. More
