This is in regard to a warranty repair to my 2017 Jaguar XE. Val Clayton once again took care of my concerns and kept me informed about warranty work being performed on my car. I was provided with a loaner Jaguar vehicle for the duration of the repair. My vehicle was test driven for over 30 miles to ensure that the repair resolved the issue. Most other brands/dealers simply believe the vehicle is fully ready once the dashboard no longer indicates an issue. Paretti actually kept the vehicle a little longer after the initial test drive to replace a sensor issue that was discovered during the test. Knowing that my service advisor and technicians take pride in their craft and customer experience makes me a repeat customer. Val always does a great job and I like having confidence knowing that my vehicles will receive the best care and attention to detail. More

Service is great however every visit seems to be excessive when it comes to cost. Go in for typical oil change and it’s 800 dollars later with 3500 more work they say you need!
