Since the salesperson who sold me my previous car was no longer there I was referred to someone else. However, after waiting for a while (almost two hours) I was told that the person whom I wanted to see only see individuals by appointment so I asked to speak with someone else. This young salesman, Terrance came out, spoke with us, spent a couple of hours with us (my cousin and I). He was very patient, upbeat and friendly. He sold her a vehicle. I went back a few months later and purchased a vehicle from him. He was the best salesman I have ever dealt with and because of him, his demeanor, his attitude, his resourcefulness, and time he spent with me finding the car that I wanted. As soon as I walked into the service advisor area, Paul from Parts came over and gave me a tube of touchup paint that he had ordered for my XE! Poor service I made an appointment to have my Jaguar XJ6 serviced for an oil change, popping in the front end, a high pitched squeal and the eco light was on conti I made an appointment to have my Jaguar XJ6 serviced for an oil change, popping in the front end, a high pitched squeal and the eco light was on continuously. It took them 3 weeks to get it even pulled into the garage to be looked at. Could not get a call back from service advisor or manager! They gave me a loaner, a very small range rover evoque. The evoque was not big enough to put a medium size piece of luggage in it! And the highway noise heard inside the vehicle was unbearable! After almost a month, they called to say my Jaguar was ready! $2600+ dollars later, because they said none of the repairs were covered under the warranty! I called the warranty people and told that if they had coded it correctly, it would be covered! I will NEVER use Paretti again! More

Called the service dept, they walked me through several steps to find out problem, and then advised what I needed to do until I could get my vehicle in the shop. Once back at home, Paretti was quick to get me in and repaired. Kept me informed of all details and even washed and vacuumed my car while being serviced. I really appreciate the helpful service and attention I was given. More
