Drove from Lafayette for scheduled service on brakes. Once there was told they don’t keep parts in hand and I would have to come back. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. I feel they told me what I wanted to hear just to make a sale. The salesperson Jessica lied after I asked her were there any dents or anything on the I feel they told me what I wanted to hear just to make a sale. The salesperson Jessica lied after I asked her were there any dents or anything on the vehicle she stated no..the day I went in to get it, it was raining so I couldn't inspect like I wanted but I trust the salesperson and their reputation. Was I wrong..couple days later when the weather was nice I went outside to clean the car. The fog light assembly is loose, the bumper clip broke so it don't line up perfect. A visible dent on the hood. No way they didn't know these things were wrong. So of course they use the xx line a used car is sold as is. I purchased the extended warranty but that's don't do anything for the body. It's ok we plan on purchasing another vehicle come summer this time we buying brand new and never again from paretti. The used car manager harry is no better than his sales person. No help at all More
