This is in regard to a warranty repair to my 2017 Jaguar XE. Val Clayton once again took care of my concerns and kept me informed about warranty work being performed on my car. I was provided with a loaner XE. Val Clayton once again took care of my concerns and kept me informed about warranty work being performed on my car. I was provided with a loaner Jaguar vehicle for the duration of the repair. My vehicle was test driven for over 30 miles to ensure that the repair resolved the issue. Most other brands/dealers simply believe the vehicle is fully ready once the dashboard no longer indicates an issue. Paretti actually kept the vehicle a little longer after the initial test drive to replace a sensor issue that was discovered during the test. Knowing that my service advisor and technicians take pride in their craft and customer experience makes me a repeat customer. Val always does a great job and I like having confidence knowing that my vehicles will receive the best care and attention to detail. More
