Scheduling the appointment was super easy and convenient, and we were greeted professionally upon arrival. However, the service decline from there. The video inspection that we received was just the technici and we were greeted professionally upon arrival. However, the service decline from there. The video inspection that we received was just the technician going through paperwork instead of directly pointing things out to me on my car. Then, they tried to charge for the alignment, which should have been included in the package. They also tried to charge me $900 to replace 3 tires. That’s insane! At the end, they didn’t even bother printing out the paperwork that they went over in the video inspection, which is typically given along with my copy of the invoice. Needless to say, I will never go back to this location. I will either go to the Metairie location or drive to Baton Rouge. More
