This is the second time I've bought a Mazda CX-5 while working with Sales Manager Brady Hulsey. The Sales Consultant Nick Baudean was involved with selecting the vehicle, preparing some paperwork, and prepping the vehicle for drive out. Whenever Mazda produces a great hybrid or long-range electric vehicle, I will consider Mazda. Mazda corporate (not the dealership) could improve the vehicle selection experience because distinguishing added features as prices increased was difficult. For example, if 2 vehicles with the same model/trim have a $1000 price difference, it was challenging to determine the added benefit. (Paretti Mazda of Covington may omit this second paragraph.) More

I don’t appreciate being under the impression that if it took longer than a day to fix my car for a manufacturer recall. I’d be issued a loaner/rental vehicle but because I do not have full coverage I was took longer than a day to fix my car for a manufacturer recall. I’d be issued a loaner/rental vehicle but because I do not have full coverage I was denied, and as a first responder being able to get to work is imperative to not only myself and my family but the well being of the public. It truly discourages me and anyone else who cannot afford full coverage to continue to use Mazda in the area as the first choice for repairs. Not to mention the misleading information we received as to why it would take two day and what was wrong with the first kit they attempted to use to fix the airbag More
