I brought it in for a regular scheduled service and asked her to have the te Chassie Allnet The car was making an abnormal noise from the frontend. I brought it in for a regular scheduled service and asked her to have the tech drive the car. He did and we found out there was an alignment problem and there was uneven wear on the tires (49000 miles). It was suggested to align all 4 wheels and replace tires, and the car now drives like new. Ms. Allnet provided excellent communication and clear explanations as to what was being done and updates. Very pleased, this BTW is my 5th CX-5 and the 3rd one bought from Paretti. More

I emailed Spencer Ragas stating the model, trim, ext color, & int color I was looking for. He replied back with what he had along with all the details and sent 2 personalized videos of each vehicle. He did not waste my time, he did not just simply say we have a lot to come and look. This was a very smooth purchase. Once I arrived at the dealership he had the SUV ready for me to test drive and purchase! Spencer was extremely knowledgeable and took time to introduce me to my new CX 70.
