See, even after the sale Errin checks up on us to see if the vehicles are meeting our expectations. During our wait for the corvette Errin kept in touch giving me updates during the whole time we waited! We never have felt pressured! Everyone there are the most friendly people we have ever worked with at any dealership! The drive there from Mckinney is well worth it! Bart also has been fantastic! He has answered every question about our new Vette and is very attentive with a high level of detail. I bought a used car from Chevy because I was looking for a reliable car for my 16 year old. I thought buying from a dealer like Chevy that I would do better than buying from an unknown. That was definitely a reliable car for my 16 year old. I thought buying from a dealer like Chevy that I would do better than buying from an unknown. That was definitely not the case. In the six months after purchasing the car I have had to fix a water pump, a turbo injector, a head gasket, spark plugs, and a fuel pump. All told this has cost me about $5000. The car was only a $9000 car when I purchased it! I tried to get help from Chevy and was basically told I bought a used car as is and there was nothing they were gonna do for me. I am very disappointed with our dealership. This is the 4th vehicle my family has purchased from them and none of the other times have we had this issue. I tell everyone that will listen to me now do not buy a car from the Chevy dealership in Paris Texas!! More

Left my house on Saturday morning going to Arkansas from my home in north west Texas. Truck transmission started acting up, made it to Paris dealership. Returning on Tuesday if truck was repaired. Made 3 phone calls on Monday to verify problem and fix.extended vacation and car rental another day.was told my truck was 100% repaired, showed up on Wednesday at 2:30 to pick up truck and return rental car. Truck was not fixed and still waiting on parts to be delivered,UNBELIEVABLE.picked up my non repaired vehicle and left back home to a dealership closer to home.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone for anything. Making an appointment is a useless waste of everyone’s time. Arrived at my appointment time and watched them move my vehicle to the parking lot for 2 hours before they even started. PARIS GMC IS NOW THE ONLY DEALERSHIP WE BUY FROM. So, we always buy GMC brands. My wife’s dad retired from GM and growing up my family always preferred the General Motors lines. Regardless of brand, dealerships are hit and miss and more miss than hit. We live in the DFW metroplex and have not had good dealership experiences here. There are a few that we’ve found to be super shady and will never do business with again. After hopping from a disappointing experience time after time we made the hour and a half drive north to Paris Chevy GMC. PARIS CHEVY GMC EARNED OUR BUSINESS FOR LIFE. First, we’re not hard to please. Our expectations, be honest and do what you say you will. Simple right? These guys were impressive from the time my salesman Aaron picked up the phone I could tell that the corporate culture there was different. They were all friendly, helpful and honest and their service after the sale was the icing on the cake. Both the finance guy and my salesman attributed the positive culture to the owner. FYI, I almost never write reviews. The experience has to be the worst ever or best ever for a long winded post like this. BEST EVER!!!! Myself and all my family will be doing business there every time we need a vehicle. If you’re reading this, you should too. If I went into specifics this would be way too long. See for yourself. After doing my research, I went to the dealership closest to me whichever is Paris Chevrolet. Driving on the lot, before Imhad a chance to look, I was chased down by a salesman. He tried to talk me into something instead of letting me look awhile and then answer my questions. a new vehicle is a major purchase that I want to make sure is what I need, instead of being talked into the one the sales guy wanted to sell. I left and kept looking. Skip this dealership when looking for a vehicle and go somewhere else. I did buy a new vehicle, but not from Paris Chevrolet.
