Left my house on Saturday morning going to Arkansas from my home in north west Texas. Truck transmission started acting up, made it to Paris dealership. Returning on Tuesday if truck was repaired. Made 3 phone calls on Monday to verify problem and fix.extended vacation and car rental another day.was told my truck was 100% repaired, showed up on Wednesday at 2:30 to pick up truck and return rental car. Truck was not fixed and still waiting on parts to be delivered,UNBELIEVABLE.picked up my non repaired vehicle and left back home to a dealership closer to home.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone for anything. More

Making an appointment is a useless waste of everyone’s time. Arrived at my appointment time and watched them move my vehicle to the parking lot for 2 hours before they even started. Thought it was a rare occurrence but here I sit 9 HOURS AFTER DROPPING IT OFF TODAY and it is still not ready. I drove by 5 hours after I dropped it and it hadn’t been moved from where I left it.
