Most use dumb sales tactics like bait & switch, false ads on sales/deals (make sure read the fine print and they have the car you want in stock), prolong the negotiations to make you wait at the dealership until you just give up and sign a bad deal that you’ll regret later. This is all because many car salesman are transactional; they’ll mostly never see you again. Alfredo Sierra was a true sales professional. Honest and knowledgeable. He understood my needs and budget to provide me with the right options to make my purchase decision. I actually ended up leasing a more expensive car model of the ILX. Quick and smooth transaction. Test drove the car on day one for 15-20 minutes. Corresponded via email and phone to get a quick deal done on day 2. Car was clean and ready, signed the paperwork and drove off in 15 minutes when I arrived (on day 2). Will be glad to send referrals his way and come back 3 years later after my lease is over (or sooner to trade up). More
