Great Experience Jonathan Creus sold me my new Jeep and it was an incredibly enjoyable car buying experience. He was a great salesman for so many reasons. Since Park Jonathan Creus sold me my new Jeep and it was an incredibly enjoyable car buying experience. He was a great salesman for so many reasons. Since Park Ave is an Acura dealership, he did not know everything about the Jeep and did not pretend to, which I liked. He did not put any pressure on me to push the sale and make any rushed, rash decisions. He gave me time to evaluate the vehicle, all of the paper work and gave me as much time as I needed to make my decision. He did not try to haggle on the price with me and I did not have to spend hours negotiating between him and his manager, and any other parties involved. The deal was honest and straight to the point, and I was able to get in and out of the dealership without spending a whole day waiting around for answers, and papers to move from one desk to another. Great Experience All Around I don't know much about cars, but not only did I fall in love with the way the Acura drives and comes with all the amenities that are extra for most o I don't know much about cars, but not only did I fall in love with the way the Acura drives and comes with all the amenities that are extra for most other cars, I found Alfredo Sierra, who made me feel like I was his only client. I think I was a rather quirky car shopper and I took my time in coming to a decision but Alfredo never once made me feel as though any concern was unimportant. He was patient and never pushy, all the while following up with every question I had, researching possible service and what-if scenarios and helped me with safety comparisons on other vehicles I was considering. I wasn't going to buy a car from anyone else and I will certainly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car. I would like to commend Curtis Lewis for taking me on a test drive when Alfredo was busy with other clients. It shows team work and again made it a pleasurable experience. He knew a lot about the features of the cars. In keeping it simple, I wasn't into all the tech packages available, but did want to add the back up sensors to my car after-purchase. Alfredo helped schedule my appointment and even checked in on me during my service visit. The receptionist was very pleasant and although I had to wait because I got there late she kept updating me and letting me know I wasn't forgotten. Poppy seemed like she ran the office like the back of her hand. I was in and out and picked took a loaner. She followed up the next day and the job was completed at the cost promised. Overall, I am amazed with the attention and courtesy I received from the Team at Park Ave Acura and I can't say enough about Alfredo Sierra. He is probably on the top of my list of reasons for purchasing my 2012 Acura TSX. More

When it was time to meet with the sales staff, Curt was nothing less than professional, respectful of my time, and choices. I never felt pressured, and he gave me all the information needed to make a good decision. The negotiation process was quick and smooth. There was no back and forth on the prices, very straight forward, reasonable, and competitive pricing. I knew immediately I didn't have to go anywhere else. We agreed on a deal for the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. The car was delivered the following afternoon. If you're looking for a car, this is the team you'll want to deal with. I had been going to this dealership for over 6 years for my leases and service and they didn't have the decency to even return a call or email me back. I had to go to Acura directly to get a portion of the money back caused by Park Ave Acura's incompetency and incorrect information they provided. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! More
