Some dealers just want you to come in and don't have time to email or talk on the phone. He was on point. I worked with other Lexus dealers and Acura dealers and Alfredo takes customer priority important. He constantly emailed me even on days and hours which he was not working. Alot of back and forth but in the end we agreed to a number that was good for the dealer and my parents. I have been to many dealers and going thru financing took hours at timea. He sets everything up so u are in and out the dealer quick...... if a deal can be done. My parents dealt with another Acura sales person and he was trying to sell them an older model and avoided any questions on the new 2016 model RDX. My parents are soo happy to find a 2016 model compared to a 2015. Highly recommend Alfredo who will make your car shopping experience the best. Email, phone, text message, or face-to-face.....he is there for you. Ramsey Acura, Acura in Wayne, and DCH montclair Acura (volume dealer) are not in the same ball park. Some never replied to an email inquiry, some did not have an idea when their new inventory would come in, and one of these dealers never responded to me. Why have an option on your dealer website for text messaging or email inquiries and never even respond. More
