I scheduled a 4pm delivery the next day, when I got there I met Curt who brought me right into the finance manager, James Lundy who was ready with all my paperwork. I was surprised by how seamless this process was. I then went outside to meet up with Curt who was waiting for me with the temporary plates already installed and ready to go through all the amenities of the car. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership from communication to finance to just being treated nicely by everyone at Park Ave Acura. I had exchanged emails with Curtis for a few days before I came in to look at a CPO 2015 MDX. Curtis was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Closed the deal on a Friday but didn't pick up the vehicle until Monday. Glad I did, as Monday came Curtis picked me up from work, and when we got to the dealership all the paperwork was ready to be filled out and signed. Took me approx 20 mins to be in and out of the finance room and when I came out Curtis already had the plates ready to attach to the vehicle. Great dealership experience with these guys. If you're looking for an Acura don't have a lot of time to waste, look no further. More
