I dealt with Mano who was the model of patience and customer service. After hearing me out, he quickly offered a solution to my problem and started the process in motion. Unfortunately (and miraculously), my existing issues with the other dealership self-resolved before I could commit to Park Ave Acura......but I will definitely be going there when my current lease expires.
