This dealership is a joke, I came in on Saturday morning (7/24/21) wanting to test drive the new 2021 TLX Type S. I was told by the salesman that they are selling them for $5,000 over MSRP, so the price was (7/24/21) wanting to test drive the new 2021 TLX Type S. I was told by the salesman that they are selling them for $5,000 over MSRP, so the price was almost $60k before taxes and fees and in order to test drive it, they required a non-refundable $5,000 deposit. So basically I needed to order the car for me to test drive it. He stated he didn't want to put a lot of miles on the one they had on the lot. It's a test drive dude, what is an extra 5 miles on the car gonna do to it, I'm not taking the car for a week. They are acting like it's an exotic vehicle or something. I left the dealership and ended up going to Montclair Acura in Verona, they let me test drive the new TLX Type S without any problems. Park Ave Acura will never get my business! More

I had to severe a 8 year relationship with this Dealer. I went in with a check emission system and check AWD indicator on my dashboard. Alex (Service Advisor) was making up diagnoses without a mechanic check went in with a check emission system and check AWD indicator on my dashboard. Alex (Service Advisor) was making up diagnoses without a mechanic checking out my vehicle or without me fully explaining how my vehicle was driving once the indicators came on. They had my vehicle in their possession from September2020 until January 2021 and first told me it was the spark plugs. Then Alex said its definitely a sensor within the Braking system. Then Alex said it was the fuel injector. Then the finale was it was a misfire in cylinder #2 and the cost will be $ 2,500. Trying to speak with Carlos Duarte the service Manager was useless. Nobody knew what to say or knew what they were doing even after my vehicle have been at this same Dealership for the past 8 years getting every service recommended. Worst place ever to get you vehicle Serviced. BEWARE. More
