Park Ave Acura

I've been coming to Park Ave Acura for services for my previous car (TSX). The service was great, and I decided to drop in for my next car. I came in to see MDX, but decided to go with TL instead. They were very professional and courteous from the beginning to the end. I took about 2-3 weeks to make my decision, but John was very good at following up, as well as kept very patience when I kept on changing my options and endless questions/requests. The deal I received was one of the best I could've find elsewhere (I did talk to many people, researched online, and visited many other dealers including Acura and others), and John was very professional until the end. When I was going in to sign the deal, I came in at the last minute when the dealer was about to close the door for the weekend, but John waited extra hours to accomodate me. I would certainly recommend this dealer as well as John, and would certainly visit in the future for my family's cars and on. More

I was researching for dealers around the area because my father was in the market for a new Acura RDX. I decided to give Park Avenue Acura a shot. So I decided to visit the dealer with my father. At first I went in with my guard up as I had bad experiences with other dealers in the area. When we got to the dealer we asked for John and he came out and greeted us. We test drove the car and John was very knowledgeable about the car. He answered all the questions that my father had about the car. John was very professional during the sales transaction. He didn't play any games and was straight to the point. He was very accommodating. Explained everything in detail and helped us the best he could. We ended up purchasing the car that day and my father even told me this was the quickest transaction he has ever made in a car dealership. John's been with the company for almost ten years and knows the true meaning of customer service. If your in the market for an Acura I would highly recommend Park Avenue Acura. Could it be true, an honest, friendly and easy new car dealer that cares about customers and treats them with respect and pride? Every other new car I have purchased in the past was a battle! Believe the hype – it’s TRUE! Nick and I were able to negotiate professionally and efficiently over email exchanges and the telephone. Nick was so honest and straight forward about making a deal on a 2012 MDX I wanted to pinch myself. He even went the extra mile to help maximize the value of my trade in and not waste a second of our time - rare for a new car dealer. Nick and the rest of his friendly staff truly run a very different, very special kind of dealership that cares about their customers, and most importantly got us in the right car at the right price.
