In my 40+ years of purchasing and leasing cars I would have to say that working with Curt over at Park Avenue was one of the best experiences I have ever had when needing a new car. I went into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon around midday to test drive an Acura TSX and my salesperson was assisting another customer, rather than have me wait, another salesperson showed me the way midday to test drive an Acura TSX and my salesperson was assisting another customer, rather than have me wait, another salesperson showed me the way to a demo TSX to test drive by myself. I drove about 8 miles, both on the highway and local roads, and then got back to the dealership. Then my salesperson, Victor was available and we "crunched the numbers", and he was able to provide me with different options, such as a three year loan with x amount down, as well as a four and five year loan. Through out the entire process, Victor was very easy to work with, no pressure whatsoever, as I felt completely as ease. I left the dealership without buying the car and went to a couple test drive a couple of other cars. A few days later, I received a follow up call from Victor and we made an appt to come back to the dealership later in the week. By this time, I knew I wanted to purchase a car, so at his desk we discussed pricing and finance options. During our conversation, I mentioned that I had another offer from another dealership, which was substantially lower, about $3,000, which emailed to me and I said, if you can match that price, we got a deal right here, right now. I handed Victor the email, and he went to speak to his sales manager and they made a copy of the email and then returned and said he would be able to match the price. From that point on, we discussed and finalized the finance terms, chose the options i wanted, the remote starter, and made a delivery date, which was Black Friday 2010. I arrived at the dealership to pickup the car, signed the paperwork with the finance officer, and then went back to see Victor. We sat in the car, he showed me some of the features, paired up my bluetooth phone, explained some of the functions and capabilities of the car, etc. All in all, this was a world class customer service experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to purchase an Acura vehicle. Please understand that he was calling while he was on a family vacation in North Carolina, was facing mandatory evacuation because of a pending hurricane, and John was calling me to see if there was anything that I needed! From start to finish there was not one area that was anything but effortless. John was straight forward, accommodating, and I felt like he was working for me, with my best interest in mind. More

I went to look at certified pre-owned cars and no one greeted us when we walked in even though there were plenty of people just loitering. I finally got someone to help me and he was rude, and didn't ev greeted us when we walked in even though there were plenty of people just loitering.
