I wrote down the names of the sales associates mentioned on the reviews as I did not want to just get the first available one at the door. Mano Gobencion happened to be at the top of my list. I am glad I was prepared! Mano was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. There was no back and forth on purchase price, no sales talk, no stress. This was the best car purchase experience I’ve had. It is worth noting that Mano patiently spent over an hour with me going through every feature of the 2010 TSX, especially the blue tooth and the multi-information display set up. It is no wonder he has gotten rave reviews and has received “Council of Sales Excellence Gold Master” recognition consistently for the past 5 years. I am sure that the other sales associates are also as good as he is. But I can vouch for Mano; you won’t be sorry. More importantly, I highly recommend Park Ave Acura. More

This Acura dealership in my humble opinion has the best service department in the tri-state area. The service manager Dan is professional, intelligent and knows his stuff. I have taken my RL to this dealer quite a few times and they repaired stuff other dealers would not touch without telling me "it may not be covered". Acura Park Avenue has exceeded my service needs on many occasions and Dan really is the man. I have used three Acura dealers between my two Acura's and I am certain that Park Ave provided the best, honest, reliable service. I recently had bulbs replaced and they were ordered quickly and the service was done perfectly. My main issue has been a strange noise coming from the vehicle, no one wanted to fix this. Dan personally took the car and handed it back two me two days later completely perfect. More

I stopped by at park Ave Acura to first look at the certified MDX. On price negotiation I was not satisfied and wrote an email to them. Next day with an appointment I met Nick and was impressed with the way he took care of the business and convinced me of a good deal with no pressure at all. I finalized the deal in 30 min time and were done. I will definitely recommend anyone to approach nick for a great service and price. More

The service dept at Park Ave Acura give new meaning to the term "customer service." The service advisors are, at all times, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and tuned to the customer's needs and time the term "customer service."
