He was very straight forward with me from the beginning of our negotiation. We did most of our communication over the phone, and when I went to the dealership, there were no games. Everything was very upfront and what we agreed upon was remained the same. There was no change in price or additional and hidden fees. Not to mention that he got back to me expediently when I had question or queries. He was very patient and I had a lot of questions and I love to bargain. My wait time in the dealership was superb. We were in and out within an hour, and the longest part was to teach my husband about the car, and introduce him to Service...so that was awesome.
