Straightforward, hassle free experience. No games. My current Acura lease was ending, so I was looking to get a 2017 Acura MDX and I had a good idea what I should be paying per month. I spent an hour at the dealership I leased my current Acura from and the amounts I was quoted were too high. This was after trying to deal with 3 different Infiniti dealers who wouldn't give me a straight answer or quote me a specific dollar amount, only a range. ("Oh, you're looking at mid to high 4's.") On the way home, I called Park Ave Acura and was connected with Dan Schapiro. I told him what I was looking for and he must have sensed my frustration because he said to me, "Ok, you want to do this the easy way?" His offer was significantly better and I didn't get the sense he was being less than forthcoming. The next day I had a brand new MDX and I couldn't be happier. Dan made the whole experience fast and easy and was very professional. I would gladly recommend him to anyone I know. More
