A Wonderful Dealership I have been working with this dealership for nearly 3 decades, and the fact that I return consistently every 3 years when my lease is up tells the who I have been working with this dealership for nearly 3 decades, and the fact that I return consistently every 3 years when my lease is up tells the whole story. During that time I have dealt with only 3 salespeople, one manager, and 2 finance people. The team they have assembled works so well. This time around Peter Vandenberghe was my main contact, and as always, he gave me a great deal, and was a pleasure to work with. Every email and phone call was answered quickly. Dan Schapiro also worked with me and spent quite a bit of time familiarizing me with my new car until I was comfortable with the new equipment and changes from my older model. And, although I have been a customer for a long time, he made sure I was introduced to someone in the Service Department, as well. Manny Oliveira was the point man for learning the latest about the phone connections, and he made it easy for me. And it was actually enjoyable giving my credit card to James Lundy, who made sure that I was made aware of all the details I needed to know. Park Avenue Acura is a well-run dealership. The people are welcoming, friendly, helpful and their lease price was right where I wanted it to be. I highly recommend Park Avenue to anyone considering purchasing or leasing one of their fabulous cars. And their service department is also excellent.
